About Ayşegül Uzun

I am Ayşegül Uzun, a lawyer who strives to contribute to society through both my professional identity and my sense of social responsibility. I believe that law must operate on the foundations of justice, transparency, and human rights, and I aim to provide my clients with the most transparent and effective legal solutions guided by these values.

Born in Gaziantep, I graduated from Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University, Faculty of Law, in 2023. I am currently practicing as a lawyer registered with the Istanbul Bar Association. In addition to my legal education, I have been actively involved in civil society since 2018, taking part in various projects addressing social issues. With a legal and social approach shaped around human rights, justice, and social benefit, I aim to offer solution-oriented support to my clients.

FOREIGN LAW

Foreign Law focuses on the legal transactions and rights of foreign nationals in Türkiye and the resolution of cases involving international elements.

ADMINISTRATIVE LAW

Administrative Law focuses on resolving disputes arising from the powers, duties and actions of public administrations through the processes of individuals seeking rights through annulment, full jurisdiction and compensation cases.

TAX LAW

Tax law governs the state's authority to levy taxes and the rights and obligations of taxpayers. Declaration, assessment, objection, and dispute processes are addressed within the framework of relevant legislation, such as the Tax Procedure Law, Income Tax, and VAT.

HUMAN RIGHTS LAW

Human Rights Law consists of national and international legal norms that aim to secure the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals.
